We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused or lightly used
- In the same condition that you received it

Returns
To start a return, email our support team at support@nuvive.co with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will provide a return authorization and simple instructions for sending your item back.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as they may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nuvive.co with photos of the issue.
We will:
- Send a free replacement or
- Issue a full refund
No return is required in most damage/defect cases.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account again
- Contact your payment provider (processing times vary)
- Contact us at support@nuvive.co if it has been more than 10 business days

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain consumable wellness items may be non-returnable once opened.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped.
Once an order is processed or in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
